PEOPLE OF CHICAGO
PEOPLE OF CHICAGO is a soulful neo-soul tribute to the city, its people, its neighborhoods, and the everyday moments that give Chicago its unmistakable character. Written, produced, and performed by HitMaker, the song blends romance, city pride, and lived experience into a smooth, reflective track that feels both personal and universal.
Set against the energy of the Chicago skyline, neighborhood courts, passing traffic, and people simply living their lives, “People of Chicago” celebrates the city beyond the postcards. It’s about connection, community, memories, relationships, and the rhythm of a place that stays with you wherever you go.
With a warm neo-soul feel and a laid-back urban atmosphere, the song captures that special mix of love, nostalgia, and pride that only a hometown can create.
